How we write, check and update our guides.
Every guide is written by the Oro168 Editorial Team and reviewed by Oro168 Compliance before it’s published. Each one shows who wrote it, who reviewed it and when it was last updated.
Sources
We cite primary sources: the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada, provincial regulators and the Criminal Code. We use worked number examples so you can check our maths.
Reviews and updates
Every guide is reviewed at least once a quarter, and sooner when rules change.
Independence
Guides explain options fairly, including when a loan isn’t the right choice.
